Our company mainly produces and trades in: iPhone case, iPad case, iPod case, Samsung case, Nokia case, BlackBerry case, LG case, Motorola case, HTC and other mobile phone case. Our product range includes PC, PP, TPU, silicone, crystal, metallic and leather cases, as well as screen protectors and other related products. Besides, we have been supplying custom injection and extrusion molding services since 2013, as well as customized mold plastic parts for earphone shells, remote control shells, USB plastic shells, plastic sockets and other body parts.
Since our company's establishment, we have been focusing on product design, mold design, mold tooling and plastic injection. We provide one-stop solution for plastic products from tooling to molding. We are professional in painting, printing, silkscreen printing, hot stamping, water decals processing, enamel and other processes, all processes are done in-house. We have complete facilities, 50 plastic injection machines, 24 milling machines, 18 grinding machines, six CNC machines, four mirror spark cremation machines, three Sodick walking, 2D/3D data in PRO/E, and fully automatic dust-free spray workshop, automatic spray paint and powder spraying equipment, automatic electrostatic dusting spray equipment, constant temperature and humidity UV light curing furnace equipment. We can comfortably fill your orders with our monthly capacity of about 4 million units.
